Many of us moms feel like we take on a lot of responsibility. This can involve physical tasks such as cooking and cleaning, cognitive tasks such as organizing and carrying the mental load, and emotional tasks such as caretaking and supporting others. Even when we don't want to be taking on all these responsibilities, it can be hard to shift the dynamics and make a change, for so many different reasons.
