My mission is to help women feel increased calm, clarity, and confidence as they navigate life’s challenges. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy in order to support women to understand the different parts of themselves and why they function the way they do. When we open space to listen to our internal systems with curiosity and compassion, we often experience revelations that provide significant relief. IFS helps to reduce inner conflict and facilitate increased internal balance and harmony. IFS goes beyond learning coping strategies and fosters deeper healing.

I’m here to help you untangle what’s happening, either in your daily life or from past hurts and wounds, or both. Together we will follow your system's lead in order to discover what is needed to support your personal healing and growth.
